Dr Stubenbord is one of my heros he gave me my kidney transplant Jan 11, 1990 I've been thinking about him lately I knew he retired in the 90s but i just felt like reading about his accomplishments, when I just came across this article. He always treated me nice & took the time to speak with me. I am saddened to know that he has passed. I pray he went peacefully.
