The first thing that I would like to say is that may pepe was one of the best human beings I ever had the honor to know and I was was proud to call him my pepe he took my brother and sister into the family and there was never the word "step" involved we were in from day one I always looked foward to holidays and he was the biggest reason along with gram for the unconditional love they showed us, he was loving and always took out time for me I remember on numerous occasions going to Dairy...

I loved Billy. He was a great friend who taught me a lot about being a Christian. There was alway a song in his heart. He knew the true meaning of forgiveness. He would not hessitate to give anyone the shirt off his back, and never look for anything in return. He loved his family with his whole heart a soul, and was proud of each and everyone of them, especially his lovely wife Bobby. Friends like him are few and far between.
