The first thing that I would like to say is that may pepe was one of the best human beings I ever had the honor to know and I was was proud to call him my pepe he took my brother and sister into the family and there was never the word "step" involved we were in from day one I always looked foward to holidays and he was the biggest reason along with gram for the unconditional love they showed us, he was loving and always took out time for me I remember on numerous occasions going to Dairy Queen and getting a chocolate or cherry dipped ice cream cone (just us!) and believe me to get ice cream other than out of our own freezer was not just a treat but an occasion (right up there with christmas and easter) just kidding but he made me feel so important there were so many times even as I got older that I can remember him taking me aside and telling me how proud he was of me and always asking my opinion on what car should he buy and ow much should he pay and how he'd always say take care of our family I know they can count on you! Wow nobody ever had that kind of faith in me but you, Pepe you will greatly missed especially by me. I loved you more than you knew and I will try to live up to all those things that you believed in me I love you.
Your Grandson Always,
Christopher

I loved Billy. He was a great friend who taught me a lot about being a Christian. There was alway a song in his heart. He knew the true meaning of forgiveness. He would not hessitate to give anyone the shirt off his back, and never look for anything in return. He loved his family with his whole heart a soul, and was proud of each and everyone of them, especially his lovely wife Bobby. Friends like him are few and far between. He was a testimony to Faith Hope and Love. He will be surely missed. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.
