Sherry - First, my heartfelt condolences. I don’t know if you will remember me, but we met shortly after you and Bill were married, maybe the early 1970’s, when I visited your home. I first met Bill when we moved to Topsfield from Danvers in May of 1959 and into a house across the street from Bill, Cindy and Chuck and Bonnie, their beloved collie (I can still visualize her coming across the street for our leftover steak). Sherry, I am so sad to hear about Bill. He suffered for a long time, but you were always at his side. I remember the incredible scrimshaw work that he did and those who have some of his work will treasure it forever. Please know that you and your family are in our hearts and prayers. Stay strong.
