Bill was head Marshal at Avalon when I joined over 25 years ago.I learned from him, put it to use and later held the same position for many years.He was a genuinely good man, a great husband, father and friend. His passing came as a shock to me and I will definitely miss him. Go with God.

Dear Aunt Lee, Billy, Collie, Mikey and Suzy, You are all in my prayers. Uncle Billy was one of the kindest people i knew. he always has a huge smile on his face....i'll never forget that smile. i remember how we used to love coming to visit you all and looking for him in the parade every year. I am so sorry to hear of Bill's passing. Having him as a neighbor & friend for 30 years was a privilege. I thought very highly of Bill and had the utmost respect for him. He was a pleasure to be around and his smile lit up a room! He will be dearly missed and I will remember him fondly. He was a blessing to everyone who knew and loved him. You are all in my prayers.
