William L. Weigand

So sorry to read about Billy's passing. I remember the Weigand's very well. They were a very good and friendly family. My aunt and uncle, the Monico's lived next door. I have fond memories of playing baseball with Billy and the other kids at Jefferson School. North Utica was a unique and great place to live. I still have a warm spot in my heart for it.
