Not sure what to say?

To the memory of Dr. Beryl West...a brilliant professor, a wonderful man, a beloved friend. God bless the West family at this time of sorrow.

Dr. West was my favorite professor at MTSU. I can remember specific lessons he taught more than 16 years ago and use one of his phrases to this day. My deepest sympathy for yoyr loss.

Linda, I was so sorry to hear about Beryl. He fought a long and courageous battle with cancer. He will be remembered as a kind, decent, and good man as well as a fine educator and minister. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Beryl was remarkably encouraging to students who were struggling to "find themselves". Beryl was always looking to be helpful to "the least of these", as Jesus said in Matthew 25:40.
