How did the Rapp family miss this? So sorry for your loss. How many memories we have had with the Whitaker family through Jim and Libby. We all grew up together and I remember when Billy came down to Florida and he and Chris visited my mom and Dad in Boca for a week or two. Plus all the times they rode the go carts on the Mission Rd farm many years ago. Billy was the jokester at the 4th of July parties. He will be missed greatly. He was a great individual. I am so very sorry the Rapp's missed this and weren't there to grieve with you and your family. Carolyn Rapp

Coach Billy was the always so much fun for the boys playing CYO football at St. Ann. You could see the joy on the their faces as they listened to him. He was funny, supportive and motivating. What an honor to have met him and how blessed our son was to have had him as a coach. Love and prayers to your family.

I remember Billy from our Huntington Road days. I see he became quite the football player in Jim's foot steps.
