I knew Will from working directly with him at Hollywood Casino Columbus. He was a terrific human being with a great deal of compassion and very calming and peaceful approach. Whenever there was a problem, he fixed it without panic, which was transferable and gave me that same level of calmness. May your family be provided with the highest level of comfort and peace in this time of loss.
