He could make presentations with limited notes and discuss drilling products with engineering details that made the subject extremely interesting. I had the opportunity to work with Bill at Mining Technologies International Inc. here in Sudbury and North Bay Ontario Canada. His Engineering abilities were second to none. He and I became friends and we chatted on the phone for the almost 7 years since I retired. My condolences to his family, he spoke very highly of you all. Bill was at Drilco Industrial when I was there in the late 80s. As far as engineering drilling tools for the mining industry Bill was one of the best. Worldwide. I enjoyed our phone conversations over the last 10 years. We became friends. He will be missed
