Mr. Willie Devon Shoemaker, 88, died Thursday, February 18, 2010 at Hospice In His Hands in Madden. Visitation will be today from 9am until service time at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Morton. Service will be held at 10 am today at Ott & Lee Chapel with burial in Morton Memorial Gardens....

Mrs. Shoemaker y family, may God comfort you in days to come. Your husband was one of our WWII heroes, for whom I'm thankful even though we never met. We are greatly indebted to him y others of his generation..
It was also sad to read that Yvonne had preceded him in death. I graduated with her from Morton High School, class of 1964.
