Not sure what to say?

Bill and I worked together at NH vocational Rehabilitation, we traveled the north country, made Cooperative agreements with provider agencies and monitored services, aside from that we were friends and made many friends together. He will Certainly be missed .

I was unaware and shocked that Bill had passed away several months ago. I worked with Bill at NH Employment Security for several years. He was one of the nicest people you could ever ask to have in your life. My sincere condolences to his family.

My deepest sympathy to Bill´s dear family. I worked with Bill for many years at NH Vocational Rehabilitation and consider him a significant part of the heart and soul of VR. Always kind, encouraging, supportive and passionate about helping others. Bill has had a significant impact on so many lives.

Probably the kindest man I ever met. RIP Bill. You touched more than you know.

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

Seeing my friend Rick Lee speaking of you SO HIGHLY, it is obvious you were an exceptional person and friend. I would have loved to have met you on my travels to your wonderful country Mr Willis Ingram REST IN PEACE SIR

His friends, family and clients were on that list. His adoptive family...
