Willis Whichard

Justice Whichard was exactly the type of person we need in politics these days. He was rather quiet but when he spoke everyone listened. I never heard him say a negative word about anyone. He saw only the good in everyone. He had an unusual sense of humor! I served on several boards with him and always suggested he be sent a copy of the meeting's minutes so he could make the corrections which we knew he would find before the meeting.
