Not sure what to say?

Coach McDowell taught me driving in Driver´s Ed one summer when I was 14, going on 15. I am 58 now, and to this day, I remember what he taught me. I graduated from Rose High in 1981.

As we grow older many of our friends and life experiences seem to be forgotten. But our mentors are not! Thanks "Coach Mac" for all the time you sacrificed for us and the positive influence you were to us all! Never Forgotten, Ricky West

Coach Mac, to know him was to love him and he always put a smile on your face. Im sure he left his mark, not on a few, but many. Sorry for your lost. Just heard of his passing. May he rest in peace.... One of his many students Pam Reddick.

Coach McDowell was a Man. He was family ,church and community oriented. Lots of us owe him, I'll miss him at the games.
Jimmye L. Jones, Eppes 1957

I'll always remember you!

Coach Mac was an exceptional person, he and Mrs. McDowell. Whenever you encountered them, you were always the center of their attention. I was so blessed to have them and their children as a part of my church family, school growing up in Gville.

Where do I begin.....Coach Mac was such an awesome person...Walking down the halls of school and seeing him just made my day because he would always give me that loving smile and say"hey there young lady, how are you doing today"...My condolences and prayers go out to the family. He may be gone from the earth but he will never be forgotten! We will see him again!.....love ya Coach Mac!

He was the kind of man that you hope your children would grow up and be like. Words can not explain how much respect I had for him. I only wish I had of known about his passing earlier.

It's obvious that coach will be missed by many and was loved by many but i'm sure know one will miss him as much as his family. My condolences and prayers to the family.
