Not sure what to say?

I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your Mom. I worked with her at Eastern for many years. She was always happy and enjoyed teaching the students. This was a great fulfillment to her. She was a very special lady.

Andrea,

Sorry to hear the passing of your mom. She will be missed.

I would like to take this opportunity to offer my condolences on the recent loss of Yolanda.

It is my hope that fond memories will assist her family and friends through this difficult time. My thoughts and prayers are with them.

Sincerely yours,

Michael Pernal
Executive Vice President
Eastern Connecticut State University

Yolanda was a great example of a professor who inspired her students to always do better than they thought they could. So many remembered her years after being in her class. Eastern benefitted from her work for many years. I personally admired her positive attitude, love for life and her smile as she peered into my office to say hello on the way to class. May all your good memories stay with you in this time of sorrow. We share your loss in sympathy.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.

Greg, Deb, Michael and Jackie- and Family:

Peace, prayers and blessings on the loss of your mother and grandmother.

May your fond memories give you strength during this difficult time.

With love,

Carol, Greg, Patrick and Allyson Hanover

I can see Lon re-united with Joe, Dee and other friends and family in heaven above. She was a wonderful woman with kind heart and full of life. She will be deeply missed. Matt & Shinobu Swindell

We would like to extend our heartfelt sympathy to the entire Pereira family at this sad time.

I worked with Lon quite a while ago and have kept in touch through a lot of years. Lon always made you feel special no matter who you were or what was going on in her life.

Even before one of her last rounds of chemo, the coffee was made and the pastries were out. Lon was a very special person and will be missed very much.

With Sympathy and Prayers, Joanne & Jim

Dear Pereira family,
Sorry for your loss. Going to miss stoping by three days a week to see her smiling face and having lunch with her and all her wonderful baked goods. She was a wonderful woman and she will be missed.
