Yoshiko Itabashi

Yoshiko passed away peacefully after a short illness at Evergreen Hospice on April 7, 2014. She was born in Seattle, Washington, on January 8, 1922 to Yoshiichi and Chiyoko Tanaka.

She worked as a seamstress in the garment industry for many years.

Yoshiko was preceded in death by her husband Thomas, and is survived by her two daughters, Yukiko Fuse (Misao Sanmi), and Matsue Kikuchi (James), sister Toshiko Sakurai (George), brother Frank Tanaka (Alice), sister-in-law Mary Tanaka, grandchildren Tina Polintan (Don), Mako Kanzaki (Steven), Jennifer Kikuchi, Michael Kikuchi, and great-grandchildren Mika, Christianne, Carolynne, Madelinn, Gavin, and Dylan as well as many nieces and nephews.

Graveside service was held at Sunset Hills Memorial Park. Remembrances can be made to EvergreenHealth Foundation (Hospice).
