Tricia, and family, My heart goes out to you all. I can certainly emphasize with all, after having lost my child and my sister.
I am praying for your peace and comfort. We will all be together again one day. What a beautiful reunion that will be.

My condolences to Zachary's family, friends and colleagues. I enjoyed hiking and playing board games with Zachary. He was always up for a challenge be it a very long hike or a complex board game! It was a pleasure spending time with him, such a nice guy and he had so many interesting stories of his travels.

The endearing goodness of Zachary was one of his many blessed and natural gifts. I had the privilege of passing through his orbit only a few times, but what always struck me - the brilliance he wore so well, his quick smile, his intense interest in others, a curiosity that saluted the universe, and a kindness that he oft' demonstrated so openly. He will be missed dearly by his colleagues, friends, and family - my deepest condolences.

I was in EFM with Zach for two years and within that time I felt lucky to know him and grateful that he was always willing to share his experiences and worldview with us. Seeing him at church on Sunday or at a gathering was always a gift and I will miss him deeply.

I remember when Zach first started at ICIS. I was a relatively new price reporter, and was tasked with "training" him on aromatics. But he was much more of a mentor to me on markets reporting overall. He was always humble, always happy to explain things or talk through things happening in the markets and was knowledgeable in all of what we cover. He was also a good guy outside of the office with a wide variety of interests and great stories. Zach will be missed as a co-worker and as a friend.

We had high hopes when we hired Zachary, and he did not disappoint - indeed he showed us how well the job could be done. Despite that, he was always modest and quiet about his own achievements. Looking back over years of photos inside and outside the office, we see a man who knew his craft well and very much enjoyed the company of his colleagues. He clearly had a sense that he belonged, and he was absolutely right about that. My memories will be of the best of times.

Zachary was a pillar of our ICIS family, and we will always be grateful for the institutional knowledge he passed on to dozens of new market reporters. I´ll remember him as a rock in times of change and a sure and steady presence when I was less than certain of something. He was always a comfort in that way, and I hope he knew that. I´m heartbroken, most of all for his family. A tragic loss at such a young age. My heart goes out to Trish, Ashley, William and the girls.

It was an absolute honor to work with Zach. He was always willing to chat or help when he was needed. Loved his stories of his adventures traveling or hiking. He will be greatly missed.
