Michael Gross Obituary

Michael Kent Gross, of Port Orange, Florida died un-expectedly on January 8, 2014 at the age of 51. He was born April 11th to Kenneth and Glenda Gross. A devoted husband and father, Michael leaves behind a wife (Phyllis) and two children (Zachary and Madeline). He will be remembered fondly as a wonderful brother to Judy Norman and a loving nephew, uncle, cousin and friend to many. Following cremation, a memorial service is pending in his honor. The time and place of the memorial will be announced later.

Mike was one of my best buds in high school. He was one of our tight group that did most everything together back then. I think we first met on the Big Bend Woods swim team but it's the times that always seemed to involve the Monte Carlo (or my Chevelle SS) I remember most.

I moved out of St. Louis after graduating college for work and regret having lost touch over the years. I am so sorry for your loss; you are in our prayers.
