Bill, we never had the chance to meet, but Les and I became friends when we lived at the Cliffs Apartments in Columbus in the mid 70's. I was her matron of honor when she married, and we were together during the births of our children. Michael was born between my two daughters. I will cherish the beautiful memories I have of Les forever. We went through both good and bad times together, and she was always there for me. I will miss her. She was such a special person and wonderful friend. I received an email from her not long before her passing, but she never even mentioned that we was sick. So like her! When I think of her, I always see her smiling. She lit up a room. Know that my thoughts and prayers are with you. God Bless.

I worked with Les at Hamilton Twp. in the late 70s and spoke with her on occasion since then. She was a wonderfully warm person and brightened the room when she entered. Students and staff respected her both as a counselor and as a human being. My condolences to her family.

I want to extend my condolences to Leslie's family. I had the opportunity to work with her a number of years ago at the Board of Education. She was an extremely dedicated person who took the time to get to know the people with whom she worked. A friend sent me an e-mail tonight telling me of her passing. I will continue to remember her in my thoughts.
