She was a wonderful friend and the best boss I ever had. She was compassionate and supportive. I loved our chats on everything from Medieval stories to grandchildren. I miss you already.

Lost too soon, Marge will be deeply missed. But I will remember her often, especially when I read books that she recommended. Or when i eat homemade pumpkin pie.

Please accept my condolences on Dr. Margery Brown's passing. Dr. Margery Brown was one my work study supervisors. I was an office assistant and work study student for the English and Humanities Department at Farmingdale State College. Me and the other work study students provided the best services possible for the department and went above and beyond to provide assistance to Dr Margery Brown and all the faculty and students. She also advised me on what elective classes I should take and what professors I should pick for those classes. She was an excellent advisor and provided me with great advice and assistance. I am proud to be a Farmingdale alumni and am thankful for having the opportunity to work for Dr. Margery Brown at the English and Humanities Department. I will always remember and cherish all the wonderful memories we all shared together at the English and Humanities Department. Dr. Margery Brown was always a wonderful work study supervisor and advisor as well as a wonderful person and I will really miss her very much. Dr. Margery Brown will always be in my thoughts and prayers.
Sincerely,
Steven Santos

Please accept my condolences on Margery's passing. I remember all those sunny beach days where we would line up our beach chairs in a big circle to relax and chat. I will miss Marge's smiles and presence.
