The loss of a dear loved one is never easy. May the family find comfort in the words of Isaiah 33 : 24. When soon no resident will say that I am sick.

Sonny was a close and dear friend from our early years as neighbors on Selwyn Avenue in Charlotte, to roommates
in prep school, to active duty Marines during the Korean conflict. I knew Sonny very well and was blessed to have him as a close friend. Ann and I will miss Sonny very much but know he is in a peaceful place. I am sure he has already found Michaelangelo and told him what he needed to know about painting.
