Dear Lucille and the Fusco Family,
Lou was one of the most dedicated teachers who ever walked the halls of Carrigan Middle School. He, with that staff, instead of a cane to walk with, was like a person tending to his "flock". He had an easy going way with all the students and the entire faculty.
When we had a school dance, we didn't gave enough money to pay for a D.J.. I volunteered, and Lou made a posters for the hallways at school. He also made a poster of me as "Wolfman Flip" your favorite disc-jockey. He was always willing to help in anyway he could.
He will always be in our thoughts and prayers. Lou was a true friend to me, and everyone else at Carrigan.
Our deepest sympathy,
David and Cheryl

Mr.Fusco was my art teacher at Carrigan in the early 1990's and one of the few teachers who's name and face I've always remembered. If you were naughty in his class he would make you wear an extra large ugly tie all day and every one in the building would know what you did. It wasn't funny if you were the kid getting in trouble but it was hilarious for everyone else and after the first few weeks of school no one ever acted up in his class. I still Remember the beautiful still life's he taught us to make. His memory will live on in all the students he taught as they pass down their memories of their favorite art teacher. I'm so sorry for your loss

We have such fond memories of Louie as a neighbor, friend, family member, and devout Catholic. Whenever good words needed to be given at services, Louie touched just the right note. Emma (Babchi) heard every word from heaven!

Lou was one of the most purely good and loving people I've ever known. I'll treasure memories of him in his classroom, on trips to D.C., and serving as a deacon.

Mr Fusco was my Art teacher at Carrigan in 1998. "Trees are grey", he said. It took me a very long time before I understood that.

Louis family,I knew Louis at our business complex.I work in the next building over.We would see each other at lunchtime as I took my daily walk and he would be leaving for the day.He always had a wave and a "beep" for me.For the past 2 yrs I've had a medical condition and he would stop for a few moments and pray over me.I thank the Lord for his prayers and concern for me.I will miss his genuine smile and love for our Lord and Mother Mary.May you be comforted at this time knowing he is now in the loving arms of our Father and Mother Mary. Love in Christ,ChristinaMary

To Lucille and Daughters,
Lou was such a great soul of a man to me and I know many others, it saddens me that I'll no longer be able to have great talks with him and cherish the great times we had at work, he was my voice of reasoning when I felt down and he would pray for me(loved him for that) and I can only imagine what you feel but know he loved everyone and believed in God, I will forever miss him but will never be forgotten.
Love You my Friend, love and always Cherish You

I did not have an easy time in school, you were one of the few who not only saw the person I was, but showed me how to enjoy the person I was and not care what others thought. You were my favorite teacher and a wonderful person. Blessings to you in your eternal rest and peace to your family. Thank you for your guidance

Lou is one of the most selfless persons I have ever known.
He always found the positive in all that he did and in others.
He saw things hidden in our youth and helped them to express their love of self and others.
Lou had an unstoppable love and devotion to Mary, and would not be shy to tell and share that to everyone.
That smile will be missed but the memories live on.

Dear Lucille & Family,
We are so very sorry to hear of Lou's passing. He was an amazing man whose deep love for our Lord and His mother was admired by all who knew him. We feel fortunate that our lives have crossed with his and know that he is united with our Heavenly Father now after a faithful life well-lived on earth. May Lou ride on the gentle wind of peaceful rest.
With warm thoughts and prayers to you and your family,
Mark, Ann, Ava, Maiah, & Caleb Raymond
