Benham, Elizabeth
Elizabeth Ann Benham, of Madison, passed away on February 3, 2021, at home with her family by her side. She was born on February 18, 1963, in New Haven, the daughter of Henry Chester Benham and Mary Ann Macina Benham of Madison. Elizabeth was the valedictorian of Cheshire Academy, and graduated from Boston College. She went on to earn her Master's Degree from Bentley College and furthered her education in financial planning. She loved music, art, travelling and the shore. Elizabeth was loved by many and returned that love. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her brothers John Benham and his wife Betty of Wallingford and Ronald Benham of Hamden; nephews John Paul Benham and Christopher Benham.
Calling hours will be held on Sunday, February 7th, 2-5 p.m. at Swan Funeral Home, 825 Boston Post Rd., Madison. A Memorial Mass will be held on Monday, February 8th at 11 a.m. in St. Margaret Church, 24 Academy St., Madison. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the National MS Society or to the American Cancer Society.
