I did not know Anne Connolly, but bought a watercolor done by her a couple of years ago that I found in a thrift shop. It is signed by her and dated 1977. It looks like Betsy Ross house with flag in Philadelphia. I would like the family to get it back if I could. I am so sorry for your loss so many years ago. I hope this gets to family if possible.

I just happened to find this notice- very belated condolences to her family. I never met Anne but my parents were neighbors of hers in Demarest when I was born. We moved when I was two. However, we had some of her art in our house, and she painted a plate to celebrate my birth. I still have the plate, and I have one of her watercolors in my home now. My parents always spoke of her kindly.

Hi,
I was disturbed to hear of Ann's Passing. I am a member of the Pascack Art Association and knew Ann and her husband for many years. She was a talented artist and a very kind person.
I will notify the PAA.
Sincerely,
Joyce Levine
