Simon M. Connolly, age 18, of Brookfield. Beloved son of Mary Connolly, nee Egan; loving brother of Christin (Jason) Pollard, Paula (Peter) Wengerski, Sean (Gretchen) Connolly, Kyon Egan, Lea Connolly, Joshua Connolly and Sophia Connolly; grandson of the late Michael (Marjorie) Connolly and Robert (Carla) Egan; nephew of Henry Darre, Laura (Bob) Kurz, Aldis (the late Cynthia) Darre and Martha Gassman; cousin of many.
Visitation Saturday, January 31, 2026 2:00 P.M. to time of service at 5:00 P.M. at Hitzeman Funeral Home & Cremation Services 9445 31st Street, Brookfield, IL 60513. In Simon’s memory, the family invites you to please wear the color orange to honor him.
Interment Private.
In lieu of flowers, the family is also grateful for all the help received at Loyola Pediatrics and memorials can be accepted in Simon's name to help the program at: Loyola University Medical Center c/o Greatest Needs of the Department of Pediatrics: 2160 1st Avenue, Maywood, IL 60153.
