Lula Mae Harden

LULA MAE HARDEN EAST CHICAGO, IN Lula Mae Harden of East Chicago, IN passed away on September 14, 2014 at St. Margaret's Hospital in Hammond, Indiana. She was born on October 5, 1924 in Camden, MS where she lived a beautiful life in which she met Mr. Samuel Harden and gained employment at Guarantee Reserve Insurance agency along the way until her relocation in the 1950's. Mrs. Harden was delighted with gardening and baking cakes and will always be remembered for her love. She leaves to cherish children Mary Gordon, Patricia (Michael) Walton, seven grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and a host of friends and loved ones. She was preceded in death by her husband Samuel Harden and Parents. Funeral Services are Friday September 19, 2014 11:00 a.m. at Tabernacle Baptist Church 3715 Butternut Street East Chicago, Indiana 46312. Visitation one hour prior to service. Interment: Fern Oaks Cemetery Griffith, Indiana. Rev. James Hunter, Officiating. Divinity Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
