FRANK MORETTI Obituary

MORETTI--Frank. The Armory Foundation mourns the passing of its long time devoted trustee, Dr. Frank Moretti. An educational idealist and lifelong sportsman Frank affected the lives of thousands of his students and close friends. His tireless dedication to technological innovation and new media in no manner affected his warm personal touch, which also left his door open to the lives and challenges of so many others. Our board of directors and the children and young adults influenced by the Armory's many programs will miss his presence in this great city. Our sincere condolences to his much loved wife, Robin, and his entire family. Michael Frankfurt, Chairman Norbert Sander, MD President & CEO

Frank Moretti hired me to work at The Dalton School. He took a huge risk in doing so. He told me that he hired me because of all of the student who wrote in defense of my being hired. He was my guardian angel at Dalton. I knew no finer man! May he find peace and joy wherever he is! Love, Carol Cox, Dalton Teacher 1992-2012

In the course of life one is embraced by few Great Men. Frank embraced me and I will be forever grateful. I will very much miss my Mentor, my Teacher, my Friend.
