(nee McConnell)
Peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Thursday, September 29, 2011. Predeceased by her husband, Douglas Brown. She was the mother of Wayne, Brian (Debbie), Ann (Jim Boland), Bonnie (Rick Lamoureux), Wendy and Susan (Don Gibbs). Grandmother to Amanda (David Summers) and Corey Boland (deceased), Reagan, Sabrina and Trevor (Nicole) Brown, Adam and Megan Lamoureux, Sarah Millar, Cassandra and Benjamin Bowen, Kassidy and Jenna Gibbs. Great grandmother to Joshua and Karyssa Summers and Nathan Brown. Friends are invited to visit at the West Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 150 Woodroffe Avenue, (at Richmond Road), on Monday after 11:30 am. A Memorial Service Officiated by Fr. Bill Penney will commence in the Chapel at 1 pm. Interment to follow at Hillcrest Cemetery in Kazabazua, Quebec. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Dr. Leclair, Dr. Coulombe, Dr. Splinter and Sarah Pope RN for their exceptional care and support. Donations to the ALS Society or the charity of your choice would be appreciated in lieu of flowers.

Our deepest sympathy to Jessie's family. She was a dear friend and gifted lady. We will always cherish the plant she gave us from her garden on Lobelia Way. We call it our "Jessie Plant" & it is now blooming beautifully.
We were away & only learned of Jessie's passing when attending Joan Riley's funeral on Saturday.
