Ernst-Ludwig Kipp Obituary

ERNST-LUDWIG KIPP Local businessman and boatsman, Ernst- Ludwig Kipp, known to his friends as Captain Lou, passed away, aged 53, on Sunday, September 14, 2003. Born in Germany, he lived in Palm Beach for the last 16 years, and was proud to be an American citizen. He is survived by his parents, Dr. and Mrs. K.H. Kipp; his children: Timo Kipp with Georgia, Trixi Marienau-Kipp with husband, Mike, Leslie, Liza, Sam, Ben and Joe Kipp-Kaliwoda; his sister, Ursula Bechtolsheimer with husband, Wilfried and children, Felix, Goetz, Till and Laura; and his beloved fianc233;e, "Sueli" Sue Chris. His life will be celebrated at a Memorial Service at 11 AM Friday, September 19, 2003 at Bethesda-By-The-Sea Episcopal Church, Palm Beach, Florida where friends and family will gather to remember a much loved, wonderful and warm- hearted man. Instead of flowers, the family requests that any donations be sent to Hope Rural School, 15929 SW 150th St., Indiantown, FL 34956. The family will receive friends from 6 - 8 PM Thursday, September 18, 2003 at QUATTLEBAUM FUNERAL HOME, 1201 S. Olive Ave., West Palm Beach. I was working for him at Massa's long ago in Alzey Germany and was very shocked hearing about his death. I liked him he was a good boss. Remember the times in the Office and his son Timo coming in with his Grandpa now that I'm older than him when he died. I'm 54....
