MILLER, Philip Maurice

Philip Maurice Miller age 66 of West Palm Beach, Florida passed away on December 3, 2013. Philip was born in Adrian, Michigan and moved to the Palm Beach County area in 1970. He was a Vietnam Veteran serving two tours of duty in the United States Army. Philip loved people and was the first to come to the aid or relief of his fellowman; a selfless and compassionate person. He will be forever loved and honored by his children, Michael Miller and his wife, Robin of Jupiter, FL and Joel Miller of West Palm Beach, FL; his adored step-granddaughter, Morgan Jandreau of Jupiter, FL; his admired brother and sister, Lynn Miller of Rochester, MI and Susan Horn of Adrian, MI; and a few loved nieces & nephew. No formal funeral services will be held for Philip M. Miller. Miller Sr. was an awesome story teller and the life of any barbecue at his son Michael's home. He will truly be missed and was touched by everyone he met. Michael and Joel, Your Dad was such a great person. You boys were everything to him. I miss my friend. We sent emails often to each other. I will miss our visits when he came to visit in Adrian. If you guys need anything please let me know.

Our deepest sympathies for the family. We met Phil briefly during our stay in West Palm when we were blessed to meet Michael. He must have been a great man as evidenced by the wonderful son he raised. We love you Michael. So so sorry for your loss.

Phil Miller was my best friend for over 40 years. We met working at U & Me Transfer. We have stuck together through all trials and tribulations. Man of his word and always there to help anyone in need. My condolences to Mike and Joel for your dad was a good father and loved you all very much.

AMEN!! I am a witness! Phil was always there to help someone in need, crisis,no matter what!! I met Phil working in the shipping business and to say the least I learned soooo much from him. Phil was such a true friend my children called him " Uncle Phil". When we moved away he'd call to make sure we were doing okay He will be missed indeed. Joel and Mike, your dad loved you with all of his heart!!!! My deepest sympathy.
