LOUIS
April 12, 2017, of Philadelphia, PA. Loving husband of Nina Zimmer; father of Ross (Stephanie Gally) Zimmer, M.D., Rachelle Garrett and Matthew Zimmer; and grand-father of Sarah, Brianna, Ryan, Jack and Sarah. Relatives and friends are invited Friday beginning 11:30 A.M. to PLATT MEMORIAL CHAPELS, Inc. 2001 Berlin Rd. Cherry Hill, NJ where funeral services will begin promptly at 12:00 noon. Interment Locustwood Memorial Park. The family will return to the home of Ross Zimmer on Friday following the burial, and to the home of Rachelle Garrett on Sat. from 2-8 P.M. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Cradles to Crayons in Phila., PA

I remember Mr. Zimmer driving Ross and I to Phillies and Sixers games in the 1970's. He also coached our Little League team one year. He was a generous and affable man.

We at the Presbyterian Community Ministries of Delaware Valley (PCMDV) will long remember the many services given to us by Mr. Zimmer. His attention to details which addressed our efforts to position a better life for 9-12 years old boys-assisting with web-site development-plans and raising money will all be his heritage to Rearing Successful Sons. We are better for knowing this wonderful man.
We sends our sympathy -and gratitude to you for sharing Lou with us. Our thoughts and prayers are with you as you adjust to his loss.
