Anthony Lee Obituary
NEWPORT NEWS - LT. Anthony John Lee, 40, passed away on Wednesday, April 20, 2016. Tony had proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy for 21 years. He commissioned in 2005 after achieving the rank of ABHC. His last command was aboard the PCU Gerald R. Ford CVN 78.
Tony was preceded in death by his father, Stephen J. Lee, Sr.; brother, Douglas Lee; and sister, Kimberly Bellato. He is survived by his loving wife, Stephanie Harrell Lee; daughter, Madisen Lee; mother, Sharon Lee; brothers, Stephen J. Lee, Jr. and Bernard A. Lee, Sr.; sister-in-law, Amy Barden; nieces and nephews, Stephanie (Dan) Krusinski, Tiffany (Alex) Orozco, Bernard A. Lee, Jr., Alex Lee, Karen Lee, Sam Barden, and Henry Barden.
The family will receive friends from 5-7:00 p.m., Saturday, April 23, 2016 at Weymouth Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, April 24, 2016 at the funeral home chapel. Graveside Services will be at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at Albert G. Horton, Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery in Suffolk with Full Military Honors. Arrangements are by Weymouth Funeral Home.

LT. Lee was my HDO onboard the IKE. He took the time to mentor me, and care for me. He changed my life and helped me to see that I could succed in the Navy.

Tony what can I say, what a fighter, inspiration to others and served our Country. Thank you for all of this, you will be strongly missed. Stef and Maddie we are here for you always.
