I served with John for a time in Saudi Arabia in the final month of his tour there. His attention to detail and the thoughtfulness of planning for the future was typically John.

To the family,
I am sorry for your loss. I know that Mr. Bright will be missed. He lived such a long life and he remained so active in helping out his community. As you mourn his loss, remember that you can always turn to the "God of all comfort." (2 Cointhians 1:3)
