Lorie Cauble Henry

Lorie Cauble Henry, 59, was born in Alexandria, Va. She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Steve Henry; her two daughters, of whom she was very proud, Ashley Henry Ehret (husband Tyler) and the light of her life, her granddaughter Elena Marie Ehret, Leah Kathryn Henry (fiancé Levi Golt). She was the daughter of Leah R. Wilkes and Marvin Glenn Cauble Jr. (deceased) and her stepfather Monroe Wilkes (deceased). Lorie is also survived by her sister, Desi Doucette (husband Richard), her sisters-in-law Becky Henry, Sandie Fuller, and Susan Soloff; her two nephews Brandon Doucette, Gavin Fuller; and mother-in-law, Kathryn White. Also, her constant companion, a little Yorkie, Journey. Lorie was a loving, beautiful mother inside and out. Her daughters were her best friends and they adored her. She was the most giving, caring person that you could ever meet. She always put others above herself. She was a strong leader; she always ate last. Lorie always wanted everyone to be happy and she loved to make others laugh. She always carried a beautiful smile and made sure everyone was well fed with her amazing cooking skills.
