To the family of Mister Scales. I offer my sympathy to the entire family. I remember as a young kid walking down 10th Avenue towards Mr. Scales home. Mr. Scales always believed in keeping the neighborhood clean by cutting his own grass and offered kindness to every neighbor. The neighborhood on tenth Avenue and wright street isn't the same without neighbors like him, that takes pride in their community. I know the grass is a lot greener in Heaven. The Cain family will always be your neighbor. RIP, Mr. Scales.

Mr. Scales...a tall man with a soft, quiet and gentle speaking voice and personality. Though such a short time, knowing you and Yvette will always be one of my greatest memories. Mr. Scales was one of the neighborhood "dads." His presence always kept us "boys" in check. I am praying for God's peace to reign for the Scales family. Mr. Scales is "....absent from the body and present with the Lord" (2 Cor 5:8).
