Bobby was my Godfather and cousin. He married my Sam and I April 19, 1986 in Columbus, Ohio. My oldest son is Justin Robert named after Bobby. He also came to Columbus to give Justin is first communion. He has been a huge part of my family and I will miss him more than words can say. But I know I will see him, Aunt Pib, and Uncle Bob some day.

Father Mellott will always remain close to my heart.
He truly was a wonderful person.
He was there for me through the difficult days of both my parents' deaths...as my priest, as my friend, and as a truly caring person.
He was always so supportive and consoling and always had time to listen.
I know he is now "safely home" and at peace.
He may be gone, but I will never
forget him.

Fr. Mellott was also one of our family friends & I have memories of him sitting on our back porch, enjoying our family functions. He was part of my nursing school graduation & married me in 1971 at St. Edward's. May he rest in peace with our Lord.
