GERALDINE HERAK Obituary
On Thursday, January 31, 2019. Wife of the late John Herak; beloved mother of Thomas H. (Frances) Herak, Nick (Pat) Herak of TX, and John Herak; survived also by eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a grandson. The family will receive visitors Monday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at O'BRIEN'S, 3724 California at Cooper Aves., N.S. where there will be a Funeral Service Tuesday at 10 a.m.
