Jared V. Salisbury, 41, of Idaho Falls, passed away June 12, 2017, in Jackson, California, from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident.
Jared was born Feb. 23, 1976, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Ronald Lynn Salisbury and Vickie Dene Bodily Salisbury. He grew up and attended schools in Idaho Falls and Oregon and graduated from Scappose High School. He also attended the University of Oregon and was a lifelong Oregon Ducks fan.
On Aug. 1, 2015, he married Tenysha Kym Alban in the Rexburg, Idaho, LDS Temple. He became a loving father to her three children, Payton, Zeke and Accia. Jared and Tenysha made their home in Idaho Falls, where Jared worked as a customer care manager for Lincare.
He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Jared loved music, animals, cars, motorcycling, snowboarding, boating, football and all outdoor activities. He loved being with his family and friends at parties, activities and especially family reunions. More than anything, Jared loved his family and wanted everyone to know that. He had the biggest heart a man could have and demonstrated that by his actions of love.
Jared is survived by his loving wife of two years, Tenysha Salisbury, of Idaho Falls, Idaho; stepsons, Payton Randall and Zeke Randall, both of Idaho Falls, Idaho; stepdaughter, Accia Randall, of Idaho Falls, Idaho; parents, Ron and Vickie Salisbury, of Ammon, Idaho; and sisters, Shannon (Matt) Patterson and Sarah (Billy) Walker, both of Idaho Falls, Idaho.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Verdean and Verna Lee Bodily; grandfather, Virgil Salisbury; and uncle, S. Warren "Bud" Wright.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 17, at Ammon 22nd Ward, 2200 S. Stafford Drive, with Bishop Brian Mecham officiating. Jared was a very nice and caring man. He delivered my oxygen for years and always had time to talk about family, cars, bikes and other things. I will truly miss him a lot. My sincere condolences go out to his wife and family!

Kenysha, I did not know you or your children but my husband Ron and I were privileged to know Jared through his service to us from Lincare. He was more than just an employee he was a friend and whatever ever we needed he was there. He loved the Christmas candy that I made and I think sometimes he made an extra trip just to get some more candy. My prayers are with you and your children.

I went to the University of Oregon with Jared. He was a teddy bear and loyal as can be to all of his friends. Jamiel and I had continuous laughs with him. He will be dearly missed and his memories will continue. Condolences to his family.

Jared was a very kind man. I am indebted to him for the help he gave my aunt from the time she became sick until she died. She thought a great deal of him. I think he reminded her of her sons who didn't live close but she missed so much. It's not fair that he was taken so soon. My prayers are with his loving family.

We are so sorry to hear about his passing. We just saw him last week when he helped us with my mother in-laws belongings. He was such an amazing man whom my mother in-law talked highly about. He is with her now..we are so sorry for your loss.
