Curtis Frey

Curtis H. Frey, 75, of Upper Pottsgrove, husband of the late Marian M. (Tennant) Frey, passed away Saturday November 17, 2018 at the Reading Hospital. Born in Binghamton, NY, he was the son of the late George H. and Helen M. (Howe) Frey. Curtis served in the US Army and is a Vietnam War veteran. He worked as a salesman at Weitzenkorn’s Clothing Store for 23 years. Surviving is his sister-in-law Cynthia Varner (James) of Rush, NY; brothers-in-law Randall Tennant (Barbara) of Syracuse, NY, and John Tennant of Oakland, CA; nephews Randall Tennant, Jr. (Heather) of Syracuse and Derrick Tennant of Georgia; and nieces Kelley Chier (Jerry) of Binghamton, NY, Kristina Hickey (Ken) of Alpharetta, GA, Julie Tennant of Syracuse, NY, Carolyn Fisher (Jeffrey) of Franklinville, NY, and Rachel Lee (Joseph) of Bedford, MA., and several other nieces and nephews. Along with his wife and parents, Curtis was predeceased by his brother David Frey, and his sister-in-law Jeanne (Tennant) Mazzoli. A memorial service will be Saturday, January 19, 2019, 11:00AM at Catagnus Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 711 N. Franklin Street, Pottstown with visitation from 10:00Am to 10:45Am.
