It's not very often that a person stands out in our day to day lives, but Carl certainly did. From spreading his sweet treats to the local retail help to imparting his philosophy on on us all, he will be sorely missed. You have our heartfelt sympathies at his passing. From your friends at Woodshed Wine & Spirits and Wee Bee Flowers. Au revoir, Carl

Mrs. Daugherty and Family: So very sorry for your loss. Carl would always bring a smile to us (and of course a piece of candy) when he came to our office. We too will certainly miss him. Bless all of you.

We called Carl the "candy man" he always had a treat for anyone who would listen. And boy could he talk, government, religion, you name it he was a bit of a rebel. He was always showing me letters that he was writing expressing his opinions. We loved his spirit and will miss him and his candy.
