My deepest condolences to the family of Joe. For many years, we swam together at the YMCA early in the morning. My husband, Pete Davis, was best friends with Joe and we enjoyed many good times together. Even traveling to Beaufort. SC for graduation at Parris Island for young Joe.
A legend in the triple cities, Joe will be missed by many. His cheery personality was infectious.
Rest in Peace, Joe....say hello to Pete for me xo

It's with deepest condolences to Joe, Julie and the rest of the family about Joe's passing. He was a man who enjoyed exercising at the YMCA and put many of us to shame with his dedication to fitness and staying fit. He was a kind man who brighten peoples day.

Joe, Karen, Joey and entire family, I am so very sad for you. It was a pleasure to be part of the family even if for a short time. Papa Joe was such a special man. I saw him a couple months ago and as always got the biggest hug. Rest easy, gentle soul.

Joe and Karen,
Words can't begin to capture how much your dad meant to all of us. He was such a big part of my childhood and I thought of him often. Hoping the Yankees bring home a championship for The Chief this year. Love to you both, Ron, Tracey, Siena and Kendall DeAngelo
