TO THOSE I LOVE
When I am gone, release me, let me go-
I have so many things to see and do.
You mustn`t tie yourself to me with tears,
Be happy that we had so many years.
I gave you my love, you can only guess
How much you gave to me in happiness.
I thank you for the love
you each have shown,
But now it`s time I traveled on alone.
So grieve awhile for me if grieve you must,
Then let your grief be comforted by trust.
It`s only for awhile that we must part,
So bless the memories within your heart.
I won`t be far away, for life goes on.
So if you need me, call and I will come.
Though you can`t see or touch me,
I`ll be near- And if you listen with your
heart, you`ll hear,
All of my love around you soft and clear.
And then, when you must come this way
alone, I`ll greet you with a smile, and
"Welcome home."

Words are very inadequate to express the pain we are feeling. It is rightly said that "there is a time for departure even when there's no certain place to go." When the time comes, all have to depart on their own, leaving everything and everyone behind. Lisa Marie has her own journey to make with the angels by her side but those who are left behind find it difficult to move on. They say the one who is loved the most by the Lord, is the one who attains eternity. Lisa Marie will remain in our memories forever. She was love and laughter, and she will always have a special place in our lives. She was a wonderful person. She enlightened the hearts of many. We`ll cherish her memory forever. Love is stronger than death even though it can't stop death from happening, but no matter how hard death tries it can't separate people from love. It can't take away our memories either. In the end, life is stronger than death. We know for certain that we never lose the people we love, even to death. They continue to participate in every act, thought and decision we make. Their love leaves an indelible imprint in our memories. We find comfort in knowing that our lives have been enriched by having shared their love. While we are mourning the loss of our beloved Lisa Marie, others are rejoicing to meet her behind the veil. Out there, there is someone who needs her more than us. We had always known she was an Angel. She will be looking upon us always. Dark are the days since she`s gone away, cold and cheerless and gray. And missing her is the pain that our hearts will bare until lifes last day. Goodbye our dear friend, may the Lord have mercy on your soul.

I got all my sisters n me

Lisa Marie...Words can not begin to describe the pain everyone has been feeling since the day you left us. We often take for granted how short our days our in this life and forget that we must treat each moment with one another as if it may be our last....funny thing is that you always knew this and took this approach each and everytime you saw us. You were always so full of compliments and love, especially for me. You always made me feel you were my biggest fan. You told me every opportunity you had how beautiful I was, how much you loved me and Shaquille, and how proud you were of my accomplishments. I have come to know that you made everyone feel this way and that you had no "one" favorite, but we were all your favorites. You made each and everyone of us believe that we were the most special in your eyes. We have so much to learn and take from your life, your character, your presence...If there were only more spirits like yours! I know heaven just got a little brighter and I hope they they gave you a beautiful set of wings for your birthday! My memories of you will always be cherished and your laughter always remembered. Until we meet again, continue to look over us...Love always your Star Baby

It's a very sad ending of a chapter in the book of Lisa Marie. Don't let this slow you down, you just keep on partying. And St. Peter I'll be up there soon enough and I'll buy the next round.

P.s. - You are the only person I know who has made an impact on every person you ever met - from the beginning in Fairfax 1956 to S.F., San Rafael, Humbolt, Santa Rosa and to the end in Fairfax 2010. My Dearest Lisa Marie, Where do I begin? Where do I end? Some including myself would think that I should be use to this..... I'm not. I can say that in time: the pain will go away, but it wont, the crying will stop eventually - it wont, the feeling of letting you down will subside one day -that'll never happen. I never thought that I would be feeling all this incredible pain again in such short time.....You always did like to prove me wrong.
Lisa Marie - you have been more than a friend to me for 32 - 33 yrs....You have been and are my sister. You always knew when: a hug was needed, a tear needed your shoulder, your ear needed to hear and your heart needed to listen.....you always put others first without a second thought to your own needs/problems. You could make the sun shine and a rainbow appear on the most darkest day of the year. Your laughter was music to so many who heard it, your smile was the most beautifulest smile ever seen, your eyes sparkled like the stars above when you saw any of us.
You may not be here because youre there, but let me be the first to tell you ...... Your Legacy Will Live On.
I am honored to have had you in my life, and yes this is a pain I know only too well.
Tell mom, grandma Mavis, Rachel, dad, Cheryl, Dave, Bill, Mark, Rick and Christina that I miss/love them.
I LOVE YOU LISA. SAMMOS
