To Ron's Family,
I knew Ron through his work with Ben Ray L, and was so impressed with his down-to-earth knowledge and way of working with the rest of us.
Thank you for sharing hime with all of us.
Those we hold most dear
never truly leave us... they live on
in the kindness they showed
the comfort they shared,
and the love they brought
into our lives

My deepest condolences to the Wilmot family at this sad time in their lives.
I was fortunate to work alongside Ron Wilmot as a a newspaper print reader, reporter and delivery back in 1992-1994. Ron was a wonderful and caring person. He had a heart of gold, always willing and ready to help anyone in need. Ron loved his family very much and always talked to staff and friends about his three 'Wonderful' sons - he would say "my three sons make my world". I remember him spending long tedious hours at the paper and often times spending a night in his office just to finish up a long story for print the next day.
May God Bless his soul and may he rest in peace.

I will always be thankful for Ron's generosity and his imagination. He served our church well for years as a Deacon and also an Elder. We are going to miss his considerate nature and willingness to go the extra mile.

Uncle Ron was a kind man. I enjoyed our text chats and his visits back here to Illinois.
Grandma now has her two children with her.
Lifting all of you in prayer.

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends. I was married to his half brother Dale. So sorry for your loss.
