Ursula Wagner Obituary

Ursula

WAGNER

Ursula, 76, entered Heaven on February 8, 2008. She was born in Kiel, Germany to Wilhem and Marta Grimm. She fought hard all the way to the end, not for herself, but to try and spare us the pain as she was completely selfless. Ursula opened Marion‘s Flower Shop 45 years ago and up until last August, she greeted every customer with a friendly wave and a beautiful welcoming smile. She was the grandma or ”Oni” that everyone dreamed of, and she was more than happy to play the part for anyone who needed one. She gave away more beanie babies to children than she sold, and could be heard saying ”Thanks A Million”! to everyone that came in even if they just stopped by . Ursula touched so many people‘s lives with her sincerity, generosity, and her love and tolerance for everyone. And for that, we thank her a million.

She leaves behind her loving husband of 51 years, Siegfried Wagner, daughter Marion (Rod) Cetovick. Grandchildren Kristi (Kurtis) Garitano, Tamara and Taylor Cetovick, Erin and Taylor (Carissa) Downs; great grand- children Brittany and Brianna; sister Hilde Grimm; brothers Friedhardt, Germany and Echard Grimm, PA and numerous nieces and nephews in Germany. She was preceded in death by her grandson Beau Downs.

A memorial service will be held February 17, at 2:30 at St. Lukes Lutheran Church on Lakeside, with a reception immediately following at Shoppers Square Mall. We thank everyone for their love, thoughts, cards, food, flowers and hugs. Your support will never be forgotten.
