I played sand volleyball against Todd for many years - such a friendly guy. His dad would often come watch, and the closeness between the 2 of them was obvious. My thoughts are with the family during this difficult time.

Hansmeier Family- Did not know Todd but from all I have read he was a wonderful person. So sorry for your loss and hoping you find strength during this sad time. I wish you patience and prayers as you have to endure this horrible tragedy. Please stay strong and know justice will be served to Todd and your family.

I viewed on TV heard and seen Todd friend chad talked highly about him and I know in my heart god has taken from all a wonderful loving caring young man.my condolences. I have many memories of Todd from our days at EIU. He was such a fun, happy go luck guy! He always made everyone laugh and smile! He did not deserve what happened to him. I have many fond memories of Todd, and he will live in my memories forever! Sending prayers to his family!
