SIDNEY — Jack Edward "Eddie" Leibold, 43, of 890 Spruce Ave., Sidney, passed away on Tuesday, July 29, 2014, at his residence.
Jack Edward was born on March 5, 1971, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, to father Richard Leibold, of Florida, and mother Jane (Petherbridge) and Michael Rhodehamel, of Anna. On Dec. 16, 1995, he married Jennifer (Presser) Leibold, of Sidney, and she survives.
Jack Edward is survived by his wife; his children, Brandon, Matthew and Aaron Leibold, all of Sidney; siblings, Richard and Amy Leibold, of Troy, Joshua and Athena (Berini) Crotinger, of Findlay, John and Sara Berini, of Minneapolis, Minnesota, Jesse and Lesly Ralston, of Sidney, Gara Ralston, of Sidney, Gabriel Rhodehamel, of Anna; stepbrother, Jonathan Rhodehamel, of Sidney; stepsisters, Chad and Jennifer (Rhodehamel) Sharp, of Wapakoneta, Darryl and Elizabeth (Rhodehamel) McNeal, of Anna; mother-in-law, Marla (Hatfield) Presser, of Marion; sisters-in-law, Colleen Presser, of Marion, Michael and Angel (Presser) Ketch, of Florida, and Fred and Angela (Presser) Roempler, of Columbus; brother-in-law, James Presser, of Georgia; his many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Jack Edward was preceded in death by his grandparents.
Jack Edward grew up in Florida and moved to Sidney while in his teens. He had worked at Cargill Inc. in Sidney, prior to his passing. He was a very talented individual and had a special gift of music and for the arts. He could play the guitar, loved to sing, composed his own music and could break dance.
Jack Edward also wrote poetry and drew some amazing sketches and pictures that would make a canvas come to life. He was considered to be an all-around jokester and enjoyed performing magic acts and doing card tricks.
Jack Edward was a loving husband, father, son, brother, uncle and cousin. He will be deeply missed by his family and his many friends.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Aug. 2, 2014, at 11:30 a.m. with the Rev. Bob Grasier officiating.
Visitation hours for Jack Edward will be Saturday, Aug. 2, 2014, from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the Adams Funeral Home, 1401 Fair Road, Sidney, prior to services.
Memorial donations may be directed to the Leibold family to help set up a college fund for Jack Edward's children. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
