Mr. Spencer Walden, 20, of Carthage, NC, died Sunday, April 5, 2015, in Carthage in a car accident.
Survivors: Parents, Greg and Mabel Walden; brother, Stefen Walden; grandmothers, Octavia Barrett and Shirley Walker; and other relatives.
Visitation: Thurs, April 9, 2015, 11:00 AM - 12:00 Noon, at the school
Service: Thurs, April 9, 2015, 12:00 Noon, Union Pines High School Auditorium, Cameron, NC

Spencer was a very special, energetic young man. We had the pleasure of meeting him at our family reunion in 2013. He regaled the younger children with his stories, rode them on the tractor and had a wonderful time. We will always remember that moment and that beautiful smile! Spencer, smile on!

A beautiful young man has gone to the stars in heaven. You will forever be in my heart. I hope you always realized how honored I felt to be your godmother. Thank you for always bringing me joy & making me laugh.
