I have so many fun memories of "Guido" (Terri has it right - she could never be just Karen)....over so many years. Back to 4th grade and all the way through HS and then some. I had a great "catch-up" phone call with Guido last fall ... it was so great to hear her voice. This is so sad - she was one of a kind. My condolences to her family.

I am very sad to hear of Guido's passing (those in our tight group from high school could never call her Karen). Even as a teenager, Guido was sure of herself and comfortable in her own skin -- a real pleasure and a wonderful friend. Grace and Al, peace be with you. How the old gang from Steinert loved your daughter!

I will always miss my Aunt Karen dearly. She was one of a kind. She was one of the ones always there for me when I needed it most. She always could cheer me up and gave great advice. I loved going to visit when I had time to. We would sit in the breezeway or in the living room for hours and just share stories. I remember teaching her how to cook an egg in the microwave. She thought it was the "coolest thing". There are so many other things that will remind me of her. I know that she is not with us anymore, but she will always have a special part in my heart. She gave me truly great memories.
I love you Karen, Gregg, Al and Grace.

My thoughts and prayers are with Karen's friends and family. I knew Karen for about fifteen years, as a tile collector. But after our first transaction, she treated me like an old friend. It was a real honor to have known her! She will be missed! Blessed be her memory.

I've only had the pleasure of meeting Karen once, but it is a memory I hold dear. She was truly a beautiful soul. Karen was a brilliant woman, with such kindness in her heart, and a wonderful passion for life. I will never forget the short time I had to spend with her. My heart heart reaches out to Gregg and those who were close to Karen.
I wish you all the best in these difficult times.

Gregg, Al and Grace,
There's nothing I can say that you don't already know about Karen, but I will say it in my own words anyway. Karen was an amazing life force, and no one will miss her as much as you but the world will be less without her. She was so joyful and full of life but it was all of her other sides that I came to so quickly love about her - contemplative, reflective, inventive, mischievous, adventurous and just so damn clever and smart when it came to just about everything. And she would hate me saying all of this of course, but I did anyway. Tracy & (Brian)

To my friends Gregg,Grace,and Al,
I can not feel your grief like you but i can feel my own for all of our loss of Karen. Every moment i spent with her was truly a inspiration. She as she put it about Tracy and I was more fun then a barrel of monkeys. I will miss her in life but in spirit she will always be in my heart. Life will not be the same without her in our lives. I met Karen at an antique trade show in 1995. I am proud to count her as one of my most cherished friends. The miles may have been many between us, but with an occasional phone call, her wisdom and witt were always close by. To Gregg, Al, Grace, other family and friends; my heart-felt condolences for the loss of this precious, shinning soul!

Gregg, Al, and Grace - I am so sorry to hear about Karen's passing. She was a gracious, kind, loving, and funny lady. She was also one of the best friends that I ever had (which is probably why she was the only person from high school that I kept in touch with). Although we did not have a lot of contact as we got older, she was constantly in my thoughts and in my heart. I will always remember the kindness that she showed me when I needed it most. I will also always remember all of the good times that we had together when we were young and crazy. My love to all of you - the world just lost a great lady.
