Paul had one one of the most open and creative minds I have ever encountered. He was passionate about aerodynamics and should really be ranked with Prandtl, Liebeck, Hap Arnold and the other key contributors to the science of flight. He will be missed, and his contributions to Hypersonics will last forever.

I never had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Czysz but I have known his daughter Donna for over a decade and she shared wonderful stories about her dad so I know he was an extraordinary man who was so very loved by all who were fortunate enough to know him. He raised an amazing, intelligent loving daughter. Thank you Paul for leaving your legacy for all of us who love your beautiful family.

Mere words are inadequate in describing the uniqueness of Paul. He was a teacher, mentor, and wonderful friend to so many, especially to our family. We will cherish the memories of the good times together with the family, and extend our deepest sympathies to you, Cathy, Donna, Paul Michael, Paul and Ashley. Someone once said that the measure of a man is not in the things that he has accomplished, but in the respect and admiration of those whom he befriended in life! Paul's list must fill volumes! God bless you all with His love and care at this time.
