Mr. Pagano was a St. Louis treasure. He brought many smiles to people of all ages. It was an honor to know him. Heaven will be a happier place with him home.

My prayers go out to the family. Thank you all for sharing him with us.

I was so sad to hear of his passing. Like many people, I knew of him from seeing his truck at various locations around North County----as well as many of the concerts and other events I used to go to.
I remember fondly how I always knew he was in the area by hearing the music he would play from his truck: often patriotic songs.
I got to know him a few years ago from performing music at the facility where he was a resident, and he was always so nice to me and even remembered my name.
Quite often I would perform there on Veterans Day or another patriotic day and he seemed to especially enjoy the patriotic songs
He was always so kind and always had a smile And even as he advanced in years he would still make signs and even decorate his motorized cart with whatever pertained to the time of year, or special holiday, or Cardinal game, etc.
I will greatly miss him and every time I sing "God Bless Americ, ...I will think of him!

I was honored to shake the man's hand many times. We never really knew each other, but an onlooker would be hard pressed to figure out which one of us was happier to see the other. May his memory bring as many smiles as his presence was able.

Mr. Pagano was an inspiration to many; I used to see his Father Time bus at various places in north county when I worked for a home health care company. I only wish I had the chance back then to say hello but I didn't realize at the time who Father Time was-Mr. Pagano from St. Adalbert/Walnut Park. He loved making other people smile and Heaven is lucky to have him.

Sal,
It's been so long, 1963, since we've seen each other. I saw your father at the Cardinal game on Opening Day 2007. l told him that I knew you and wish that you were fine. I knew President Bush was going to throw the opening pitch, and they had police all over and Air Force to protect him. He was so proud of you. Bill Bedo
